• Trusted care of your newborn to enable you to have time for health maintenance including eating, resting, showering, and overall self care.

• Cool pads and sitz baths preparation

• Meal preparation for baby and family!

• Light cleaning/organization of your environment.

• Task completion and errand running.

• Preparation for your first excursion and accompanying assistance.
  

Emotional Support:

• Birth story processing and documentation.

• Neutral emotional check-ins.

• Companionship.

• Reassurance/Comfort - For all of your “Is this normal..?” questions and more!
  

Complimentary prenatal visit:

• Agenda - Review expectations and goals.
  

Visits Schedule:

• 8:00am-12:00pm Monday- Friday

• 1:00pm-5:00pm Monday- Friday
